Thursday's Open Space Demonstration Kitchen turns the spotlight on the culinary talent that makes northern Michigan's food scene so remarkable. From 11:30am to 1:30pm, a rotating lineup of local chefs takes the stage to share their craft — offering an intimate, up-close look at the techniques, ingredients, and inspirations behind some of the region's most celebrated kitchens.
Guests are welcome to come and go throughout the afternoon, with complimentary coffee and tea served and local wines available for purchase — all enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of West Grand Traverse Bay.
Guests are invited to come and go as the morning proceeds based on their interests and attention spans!
Coffee, Tea and Water will be available for all guests.
