With a background that includes Stanford’s "Terroir: The Geology of Winemaking" course, Koffi will explain how soil and landscape shape a wine's character. The evening features a guided tasting comparing Michigan’s wine-growing region to others globally, specifically highlighting how the same grape variety differs across regions.
The experience includes a flight of 6 wines and light appetizers.
