Consider this your reward for a week well spent. Chef Kate Williams of Detroit's celebrated Lady of the House joins forces with Artisan Executive Chef Sarah Bobier for an indulgent, anything-goes Sunday brunch that is equal parts nostalgic comfort and culinary brilliance — with sweeping views of West Grand Traverse Bay as the backdrop.
The morning begins with a build-your-own Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar stocked with all the fixings, featuring spirits from Lady of the House Gin, Detroit City Distillery, and Casa Mara Club. From there, guests are invited to roam freely through unlimited food stations that read like a greatest hits of American comfort food — elevated, of course, to Kate & Sarah standards. Think BLT and egg breakfast sandwiches, loaded potato hash browns, lamb sausage corn dogs, shrimp and fried grit cake with Creole gravy, pancake cake with smoked maple syrup and cinnamon honey butter, and eggs with caviar and béarnaise potato skins. And because no collaboration between these two is complete without a final flourish, the dessert table arrives loaded with foie gras and rhubarb macarons, caramels, donuts, and more.
Great food. Great Company. Spectacular views. You’ve earned it.
