Indulge in an exclusive Barrel to Barrel whiskey and wine experience, thoughtfully curated by Traverse City Whiskey Co. Brengman Family Wines. The evening begins at the TCWC Rickhouse with a private tasting led by owner Chris Fredrickson, featuring rare, never-before-released whiskeys drawn straight from the barrel.
Guests will then stroll through the vineyards to Brengman Family Wines for an intimate wine tasting hosted by owner Robert Brengman and will be served an inspired Mojo Pork dish: Cuban-inspired citrus-marinated pork shoulder with charred poblano verde, served with cilantro lime rice, fresh herbs, and citrus zest.
