Join hosts Carter Oosterhouse, Amy Smart & Bonobo Winery, along with Chefs Mario Batali, Jen Blakeslee & Thad Morrow for our second annual food and wine festival lunch. Prepare to be transported to the stunning northwestern coast of Italy as we celebrate the flavors of Liguria, a region beloved for its picturesque fishing villages, dramatic cliffs, and vibrant, coastal-inspired cuisine.   

Mario Batali, a James Beard Award-winning chef and author will lead guests through an intimate afternoon celebrating Liguria's bounty of fragrant herbs, exceptional seafood, local olives, and its legacy as the birthplace of modern Focaccia.  

Guests will enjoy:

  • Welcome reception filled with Bonobo bubbles, fresh baked Focaccia, Ligurian seafood bites, Salame di Sant’ Olcese sliced by Mario on the famous Berkel Volano and more.
  • A seated 4 course food and wine pairing lunch featuring both Bonobo & Ligurian wines and side by side comparisons.
  • A gift bag filled with delightful bites, reads, sips and more from your chefs & hosts.
