Join James Beard Award nominees Jennifer Blakeslee and Eric Patterson on a fun adventure featuring local ingredients at their finest. Begin with an optional market shopping trip to choose just-picked ingredients and visit with the farmers. Then head back to the demo kitchen to prepare and taste a few cooks' house specialties! Sparkling wine and coffee provided.

Cooking Demonstration with the cooks' house - 20 tickets (demonstration only) – 9:45 am – 11am – at The Main Stage inside the Grand Tasting venue at The Open Space (meet at the main gates)
