Chateau Grand Traverse is proud to host Chef Debbie Gold, James Beard Award winner and a defining voice in American and French-inspired cuisine, for a signature vineyard lunch experience.

Known for her refined technique and modern sensibility, Chef Gold brings a precise, seasonal approach to the vineyard table. Together with Estate Executive Chef Keil Moshier, she will present a multi-course lunch showcasing elegantly composed plates—balancing richness, restraint, and the freshness of Northern Michigan’s summer ingredients.

Before lunch, guests will enjoy a light tasting and guided walk through the winery’s cellar and vineyard. At the table, each course will be paired with CGT wines selected to mirror the detail and structure of the cuisine—ranging from the herbal lift of Sauvignon Blanc Reserve to the layered complexity of Silhouette Red and curated cellar selections.

This is a rare opportunity to experience the synergy of two culinary talents and one of Michigan’s most storied wineries—all in the heart of wine country.
