Step into the vines with Chateau Grand Traverse and experience a lunch that bridges continents and culinary tradition.
Chateau Grand Traverse partners with celebrated chef and writer Sayeh Tavangar, known for her vibrant, modern approach to Persian cuisine. Her menus are a celebration of heritage, layered spice, and seasonal ingredients—brought to life through a California lens. Guests will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour through CGT’s working estate before settling in among the vines for a seated, open-air lunch.
In collaboration with Estate Executive Chef Keil Moshier, Chef Tavangar will present a multi-course, family-style menu featuring ingredients like saffron, preserved lemon, and fresh herbs. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines that enhance its complexity and balance—from Whole Cluster Riesling and Pinot Blanc to the nuanced depth of Gamay Noir Reserve.
This is more than a vineyard lunch—it’s a sensory dialogue between culture, place, and the glass.
