Join us for an intimate, family‑style dinner as we welcome Alberto Giusti, Mari Vineyards’ new winemaker. Drawing on his background in Italian wine traditions, Alberto brings a fresh perspective rooted in heritage and shaped by Northern Michigan’s unique landscape. Enjoy a seasonally inspired, forage‑forward menu created by Planted Cuisine featuring dishes such as a white balsamic–glazed farm‑fresh salad, garlic olive oil sauteed dandelion greens & morels, almond olive cake, and more. All courses are paired with one of our estate grown wines. Elegant nods to Italian flavors reimagined through a Northern Michigan lens.
